The work to be performed is individually discussed and agreed upon before the start of the service provision and specified during the service provision.
Fee for service: as agreed. Min. monthly fee 125.00 EUR for a micro company. Hourly payment is possible.

Individual accounting services
Providing certain accounting services (for example, in place of an absent accountant or if you have an accountant who does certain things on site, but the management is transferred to an outsourced accountant):
ensure the recording of the company's income and expenses in the accounting registers,
perform salary calculations,
prepare declarations and reports to be submitted to state institutions,
etc. works, in accordance with the company's supporting documents and requests submitted by the Client.
The amount of work performed is indicated in the act of handover and acceptance of the services provided. Payment for hours worked. It is possible to agree on a monthly fee.
We currently use Jumis, Jumis Personnel at work. We have experience with Horizon.
Consultations
Consultations on:
starting a business, choosing a business form,
financial accounting, management accounting and tax issues,
on the processing of creditors' claims in insolvency proceedings,
on the preparation of annual reports, etc.
Sometimes, after receiving a question, I ask for time to think about it, study the regulations, and then provide an answer.
I serve companies, self-employed individuals. I am looking into opportunities to work with associations in the near future.
Service prices
Consultation: 35 EUR/hour (contact hour, time for researching the issue and preparing the material is also counted).
Full-cycle accounting services:
for capital companies - according to agreement, minimum monthly fee 150 EUR;
for a natural person (self-employed person, micro-enterprise taxpayer) - according to the agreement, min. monthly fee 150 EUR;
It is possible to agree on hourly payment, hourly rate 35 EUR/hour.
Provision of certain accounting services - hourly payment (35 EUR/hour) or agreement on a monthly fee.
Preparation of accounting policies, separate instructions, methodological or training materials - payment for hours worked. The costs for a document developed in Latvian with 20-30 pages. are on average 280-300 EUR; for 30-40 pages. on average 550-600 EUR. The average development period is 1-2 months. The costs for material in English are higher. The document can be prepared in a shorter period of time - the payment is determined by agreement. Before starting work, the volume to be performed and the remuneration are discussed.
Individual training (private lessons), internal company seminars, webinars or courses - by arrangement.
